The people running the engine room — keeping Vantix sharp, organized and loud.
Founded Vantix and owns it. He built the org around one goal: a place where players develop, enjoy themselves and get the most out of themselves — where results matter, but teamwork, respect and the will to get better matter just as much, and everyone in Vantix feels they belong somewhere. His job as owner is to set up the environment teams can perform in: listening to players and staff, and taking the hard decisions when the org needs them. The aim is simple — keep growing, develop new talent, and come out a step higher every season.
Administrator and co-founder — she started Vantix alongside Con, Bracke and Maikel, and is proud that the four of them made it work. She sees the org as a family built around Call of Duty. One of the four admins, she steps in above all when a team is having problems, and is the main point of contact for Athene and Vienna — though other teams pull her in when they need a hand too.
Administrator and co-founder, and the developer behind the scenes: the bot, this website and everything running under them come from him. He is also team coach of Tokyo and Osaka, so you will find him with the squads as much as in the code. The shared goal from day one: a place where new players are forged and made ready to take over the Call of Duty scene.
Administrator and proud co-founder — and the only Belgian in the leadership. He captains Rome, so he is staff and a rostered player at once, and took the team to the AEL grand finals in Div 8. Vantix, to him, is more than an esports org or a community: he tries to build a real bond with every active member and to be a listening ear, for Call of Duty things and for things that have nothing to do with it.
